Thursday, November 14th at 10:45 am: Christmas in Great Art Win Reber, former PPC member, taught art history & studio art in the Radnor schools. He devised a program for all district ninth graders based on art history combined with studio art. He was also curator of the Rosemont Collection of Art. Winn lectures regularly on various art topics. Since his retirement, Reber has been exhibiting his own watercolors in Maine & Eastern Pennsylvania. He and wife Carol divide their time between PA Amish country & Cushing, Maine.

Thursday, October 10th at 10:45 am:Strategies for Balance & Stability for SeniorsDr. Courtney Hanscom, Physical Therapist PhD and lifelong member of PPC. She specializes in assisting those with neurological disorders, balance deficits, and the fear of falling; and works to improve stability, confidence, and strength in order to keep patients active and safe, both in and outside the home. She also has specialized training in the treatment of Parkinson's Disease.

Thursday, April 11th at 10:45am: Jim Paradis President of Paoli Hospital.Jim earned a B.S. in agricultural economics and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania. Jim’s presentation will include an overview of services offered by Paoli Hospital and Main Line Health, regional hospital conditions and what’s ahead for healthcare in Chester County.

Thursday, March 14th at 10:45am: Dr. David Bradstreet a professor and author at Eastern University. His topic is “Shaped by the Stars” and it consists of a whirlwind tour demonstrating where all the elements come from which make up our universe and us.  He will explain why some elements are abundant and others are rare, and we will see just how much God has gone through to create the elements which we all take for granted. We will find that we are indeed made of stardust…. literally.

Thursday, December 14th at 10:45 am: Hershey's Mill Singers accompanied by Carol Cei- a program to get us in the spirit of the Christmas season. Perhaps even with a Christmas carol sing-along!

Thursday, November 9th at 10:45 am: Fran Alloway - PPC member and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Speaking on the MIND diet - a blend of the Mediterranean and DASH eating patterns proven to support mental acuity. and positive mental health. Fran will discuss what foods to include, how to make the diet work with local and seasonal foods and provide a few recipes. Come to learn how to keep those brain cells functioning by making good food choices.
